Can you manufacture under our brand?

Yes. We work on OEM and ODM terms: we sew to your patterns and tech pack, or develop the style from scratch and produce collections under your label.

What is your production capacity?

Over 275,000 pieces a month on 20 sewing lines: knitwear 176,000, jeans 66,000, gabardine 22,000 and shirts 11,000 pieces a month.

Do you offer embroidery and printing?

Yes. 8 embroidery machines (cord, beads, rhinestones) handle 70,000 pieces a month. Printing on SULFET SCORPION: up to 8 colours, print area up to 70 × 50 cm, 110,000 pieces a month.

How does quality control work?

QC runs in 5 stages: material inspection, in-line sewing control, final check of size and fit, packing inspection and control at shipment.

Where are your factories?

ARNASOY ASSET TEX is in Arnasoy District, Jizzakh Region. BOSTON DENIM is in Ellikkala District, Republic of Karakalpakstan.
